7:30 p.m. - pairing food and wine with the expert guidance of prof. Marija Vukelić. The 4-course dinner is prepared by the yacht's chef de cuisine, Ante Kozina.
Some wine varieties of Central Dalmatia (debit, zlatarica, babić, trnjak, etc.) are presented with the courses, with the presence of winemakers.
8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
11:00 a.m. - Viško vineyard presented by Marija Vukelić
2:00 p.m. - upon request, with extra charge
4:00 p.m. - bus tour to the vineyards and specific terroirs of the island of wine, (Tihobrace, Dračevo Polje, Milna), a walk in the vineyards, with the expert guidance of Monika Radišić
5:30 p.m. - upon request, additional charge
7:30 p.m. - Wine dinner on the yacht, pairing food and the wines of Vis with the expert guidance of Marija Vukelić and guest winemakers. The 4-course dinner is prepared by the yacht's chef de cuisine, Ante Kozina.
8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
11:00 a.m. - Korčula vineyard presented by Marija Vukelić
12:00 a.m. - visit to the town of Korčula with a tourist guide
1:00 p.m. Lumbarda, getting to know the sandy terroir of the Grk variety and a walk in the vineyard, with the expert guidance of Maja Cebalo (Grk Lumbarda association)
2:00 p.m. - Lunch on the island with Grk tasting (upon request, additional charge)
4:00 p.m. bus tour of Čar and Smokvica fields, getting to know the terroir of Pošip
7:30 p.m - pairing dishes and Korčula wines with the expert guidance of Marija Vukelić and guest winemakers. Dinner is prepared by chef Ante Kozina.
9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
10:00 a.m. - Pelješac vineyard presented by Marija Vukelić
11 a.m. - Visit to the Wine Museum - Putnikovići, with brunch & wine tasting from the Ston area
3:00 p.m. - tour of the Dingač & Potomje terroir
7:30 p.m. - Wine dinner on the yacht, pairing food and Pelješac wines with the expert guidance of Marija Vukelić and guest winemakers. Dinner is prepared by chef Ante Kozina.
9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
11:00 a.m. - Hvar vineyard presented by Marija Vukelić
1:00 p.m. - Visit to the terroir of Starogradsko polje, with the professional guidance of a graduate in agriculture, Ivana Krstulović Carić (Hvar winemakers association), visit to the new WINE MUSEUM - Pitve
2:00 p.m. - Lunch on the island, tavern Vrisnik (upon request, additional charge)
5:00 p.m. - Tour of the vineyards on the South side of the island (Ivan Dolac) & walk through the vineyards
5:00 p.m. - excursion to the town of Hvar (upon request, additional charge)
7:30 p.m - pairing food and Hvar wines with the expert guidance of Marija Vukelić and guest winemakers. Dinner is prepared by chef Ante Kozina.
8:00 a.m. - Breakfast
9:00 a.m. - a summary of the wine journey with sparkling wine and a mention of other vineyards in South Dalmatia (M. Vukelić)
