- 7:30 p.m. WINE DINNER AT THE YACHT: FORGOTTEN DALMATIA – The dinner will consist of 4 courses paired with expertly selected Dalmatian wines such as Debit, Zlatarica, Babić, Trnjak and others. Prof. Marije Vukelic will lead the dinner, and attendees will have the opportunity to mingle with winemakers onboard.

- 11:00 a.m. – Sparkling brunch on the yacht –
sparkling intermezzo on the Yacht – Vis vineyard presented by Marija Vukelić - 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.-Bus tour to the vineyards – bus tour to vineyards and specific terroirs of the island of wine (Tihobraće, Dračevo Polje, Milna), a walk through the vineyards, under the expert guidance of Monike Radišić
- 3:30 p.m. – Lunch on the island – brunch on the island – VATRICA tavern
- 5:30 p.m. -Excursion to Komiža – trip to Komiža, tour of the Falkuša Museum (optional)

- 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. – Breakfast – Morning sailing towards to Korčula
- 11:00 a.m. – Sparkling Intermezzo on the yacht – Korčula vineyard presented by Marija Vukelić
- 12:00 a.m. -Visit to the Stari Grad plain – 12:00p.m. under the expert guidance of Ivana Krstulović Carić (Hvar Winemakers Association)
- 1:00 p.m. Lumbarda, getting to know the sandy terroir of the Grk variety and a walk in the vineyard, with the expert guidance of Maja Cebalo (Grk Lumbarda association) – Lumbarda
- 2:00 p.m. -Lunch on the island – Duboković Dvor – Pitve
- 5:00 p.m. – Winery visit – visit to Ivan Dlac winery on the south part of the island
- 7:30 p.m. -Wine Dinner on the yacht – pairing food and Hvar wines, presented by Marija Vukelić with guest winemakers.
DAY 4 -KORČULA

- 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. -Morning sailing towards Korčula – Breakfast
- 11:00 a.m. -Sparkling Intermezzo on the yacht – Sparkling intermezzo on the yacht – Korčula Vineyard presented by Marija Vukelić
- 12:00 a.m. – Town of Korčula – to the town of Korčula with a tourist guide
- 1:00 p.m. – Lumbarda, getting to know the sandy terroir of the Grk and a walk in the vineyard, with the expert guidance of Maja Cebalo (Grk Lumbarda Association)
- 2:00 p.m. – Lunch on the island – Lunch on the island with a tasting of Grk – Tavern Marko Polo Kneže with guest winemaker
- 4:00 p.m. – Bus tour of the Čara and Smokvica fields, next the terroir of Pošip (Toreta; Smokvica – wine tasting of 3 wineries)
- 7:30 p.m – Wine dinner on the yacht – Wine dinner on the yacht, pairing dishes and Korčula wines with the expert guidance of Marija Vukelić and guest winemakers
DAY 5 - PELJEŠAC

Sparkling marenda on the yacht – Pelješac vineyards presented by Marija Vukelić - 11:00 a.m. – Tour of the Ponikva terroir – to terroir Ponikve, visit to Putnikovići Wine Museum, brunch & tasting of Stone wines
- 3:00 p.m. – Tour of the Dingač & Potomje terroir – Visit to terroira Dingač & Potomje and winery Grgić in Trstenik area by bus
- 7:30 p.m. – Wine dinner on the yacht – Dinner on the Yacht, paired with Pelješac wines led by Marija Vukelić and local winemakers
DAY 6 - DUBROVNIK

- 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. – Sailing towards Dubrovnik – Breakfast
- 10:00 a.m. – Sparkling bye bye – a summary of the wine journey with sparkling wine and a mention of other vineyards in South Dalmatia (M. Vukelić)

Three days of relaxed slow living.… discovering wine and local specialities, meeting winemakers, and enjoying different activities like: yoga, musicotherapy and workshops for only 28 guests (20 cabins) with experienced Captain Jakov Cepernića at the helm of the Yacht Desire with expert guidance by Marija Vukelić and Kultur Travel Agency.

She loves tasting traditional and new recipes – from caramelized grasshoppers in Japan to fresh sea urchin in Croatia and dried tripe in Portugal.
