Tailored for wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs.
Enjoy local specialties prepared by a private chef on board a 47 m yacht, accompanied by the finest local wines selected by our Sommelier. Meet and mingle with 20+ winemakers, visit 15+ different terroirs, learn how to taste olive oil, and stroll on a UNESCO site with a 2000-year-old tradition of wi. on Penisula and 4 Islands one of them was closed to foreigners for more than 40 years as it was a military base, visit a Winery hidden in a military tunnel. Visit Marco Polo’s birthplace.

Forgotten Dalmatia - Wine dinner on the yacht
8:00 p.m. - Wine Dinner Brač slow food
The dinner will consist of 4 courses paired with expertly selected Dalmatian wines.
Marije Vukelic will lead the dinner, and guests will have the opportunity to mingle with winemakers onboard.
Introduction to the wine varieties of Central Dalmatia
Some wine varieties of Central Dalmatia (debit, zlatarica, babić, trnjak, etc.) are presented with the courses, with the presence of winemakers.

Bus tour to the vineyards
12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.- bus tour to vineyards and specific terroirs of the island of wine (Tihobraće, Dračevo Polje, Milna), a walk through the vineyards, under the expert guidance of Monike Radišić
Brunch on the island
3:30 p.m. - brunch on the island - VATRICA
Excursion to Komiža
5:30 p.m. - trip to Komiža, tour of the Falkuša Museum (optional)
Wine dinner on the yacht
7:30 p.m. - Wine Dinner on the yacht, pairing food and Vis wines, presented by Marija Vukelić and guest winemakers
Day 3 - Monday, APRIL 22, 2024
Korčula
Morning sailing towards Korčula
8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
Sparkling brunch on the yacht
11:00 a.m. - Sparkling intermezzo on the yacht - Korčula Vineyard presented by Marija Vukelic
Town of Korčula
12:00 a.m. - visit to the town of Korčula with a tourist guide
Lumbarda
1:00 p.m. - Lumbarda, getting to know the sandy terroir of the Grk and a walk in the vineyard, with the expert guidance of Maja Cebalo (Grk Lumbarda Association)
Lunch on the island
2:00 p.m. - Lunch on the island with Grk tasting (upon request, additional charge)
Bus tour
4:00 p.m. - Bus tour of the Čara and Smokvica fields, next the terroir of Pošip (Toreta; Smokvica - wine tasting of 3 wineries)
Wine dinner on the yacht
7:30 p.m - Wine dinner on the yacht, pairing dishes and Korčula wines with the expert guidance of Marija Vukelić and guest winemakers
Day 4 - Tuesday, APRIL 23, 2024
Pelješac

10:00 a.m. - Sparkling marenda on the yacht - Pelješac vineyards presented by Marija Vukelić
Tour of the Ponikva terroir
11:00 a.m. - Visit to terroir Ponikve, visit to Putnikovići Wine Museum, brunch & tasting of Stone wines
Tour of the Dingač & Potomje terroir
3:00 p.m. - Visit to terroira Dingač & Potomje and winery Grgić in Trstenik area by bus
Wine dinner on the yacht
7:30 p.m. - Wine Dinner on the Yacht, paired with Pelješac wines led by Marija Vukelić and local winemakers
Day 5 - Wednesday, APRIL 24, 2024
Hvar
Morning sailing towards Pokrivenik
9:00 a.m. - Breakfast
Sparkling brunch on the yacht
10:30 a.m. - FJORI FORA GARDEN – Mediterranean garden visit
Brunch with olive oil
12:00p.m. - 1:00 p.m. - SECA EVA MARIJA - brunch accompanied with olive oil, wine and Fjori Fora spices
Sailing to Jelsa
2:30 p.m. - Visit to Wine Museum in Pitve
Hvar vineyards
5:00 p.m. - Visit to Hvar vineyards, under the expert guidance of Ivana Krstulović Carić (Hvar Winemakers Association)
Wine dinner on the yacht
7:30 p.m. - Wine Dinner on the yacht, pairing food and Hvar wines, presented by Marija Vukelić with guest winemakers.
Day 6 - Thursday, APRIL 25, 2024
Split

8:00 a.m. - Breakfast
Sparkling bye bye
10:00 a.m. - a summary of the wine journey with sparkling wine and a mention of other vineyards in South Dalmatia (M. Vukelić)
Disembarkation - Split

NB: The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the program, surcharges for lunches at the destination and optional excursions.
The price includes:
- 5x nights in a twin/double cabin on the Cruise Yacht Desire (supreme category) for 1 person
- Breakfast, sparkling brunch, four-course dinner, wine workshops on the yacht, guided trips to vineyards and all wines according to the program
- Port fees, fuel and crew
- Free Wifi
- Tour manager and guides on the islands
- Air conditioning 24 hours a day, jacuzzi/swimming pool on the yacht
The cabin has: a TV SAT, a safe, internet, a bathroom, a hair dryer, an internal radio/bluetooth system, an SOS button, an internal telephone for communication between the cabins and the bar
The price does not include:
- Residence tax (€25 per person)
- Consumption of drinks on board (coffee, juices, etc.)
- Lunches with presentation and tasting of local wines
- Crew tips
- Cost of transportation to/from the ship/ car parking
- Surcharge for one person in the cabin
