7:30 p.m. - pairing food and wine with the expert guidance of prof. Marija Vukelić. The 4-course dinner is prepared by the yacht's chef de cuisine, Ante Kozina.
Some wine varieties of Central Dalmatia (debit, zlatarica, babić, trnjak, etc.) are presented with the courses, with the presence of winemakers.

9:00 a.m. - breakfast on the yacht, in the town of Hvar
10:00 a.m. - Welcome champagne and a short presentation of the Hvar vineyard by Marija Vukelić
11:00 a.m. - tour of Hvar and the city walls
12:30 a.m. - visit to the WINE MUSEUM with a tasting of young bogdanušas - Pitva
2:00 p.m. - lunch on the island, tavern Vrisnik (upon request, additional charge)
5:00 p.m. - tour of the vineyards of the South side of the island (Ivan Dolac) & a walk through the vineyards with the guidance of the president of the Hvar Winemakers Association, Ivana Krstulović Carić
7:30 p.m. - wine dinner on the yacht, pairing food and Hvar wines with the expert guidance of Marija Vukelić and guest winemakers. Dinner is prepared by chef Ante Kozina.
8-9 a.m. breakfast on the yacht
10 a.m. sparkling bye-bye by Marija Vukelić
12 a.m - Split - (if desired) wine tasting in the cellar of a garage winemaker from Split
The price of the program is based on a minimum of 22 people or by cabins.
