Forgotten Dalmatia - Wine dinner on the yacht
7:30 p.m. - pairing food and wine with the expert guidance of prof. Marija Vukelić. The 4-course dinner is prepared by the yacht's chef de cuisine, Ante Kozina.
Introduction to the wine varieties of Central Dalmatia
Some wine varieties of Central Dalmatia (debit, zlatarica, babić, trnjak, etc.) are presented with the courses, with the presence of winemakers.

Day 2 - Friday, May 5th, 2023

9:00 a.m. - breakfast on the yacht, in the town of Hvar
Sparkling Introduction to Hvar
10:00 a.m. - Welcome champagne and a short presentation of the Hvar vineyard by Marija Vukelić
Tour of Hvar and City Walls
11:00 a.m. - tour of Hvar and the city walls
Wine museum and tasting
12:30 a.m. - visit to the WINE MUSEUM with a tasting of young bogdanušas - Pitva
Lunch
2:00 p.m. - lunch on the island, tavern Vrisnik (upon request, additional charge)
Vineyard Tour with the president of the Hvar Winemakers Association
5:00 p.m. - tour of the vineyards of the South side of the island (Ivan Dolac) & a walk through the vineyards with the guidance of the president of the Hvar Winemakers Association, Ivana Krstulović Carić
Wine Pairing Dinner with Winemakers
7:30 p.m. - wine dinner on the yacht, pairing food and Hvar wines with the expert guidance of Marija Vukelić and guest winemakers. Dinner is prepared by chef Ante Kozina.
Day 3 - Saturday, May 6th, 2023

8-9 a.m. breakfast on the yacht
Sparkling Bye-Bye
10 a.m. sparkling bye-bye by Marija Vukelić
Arrival in Split around 11 a.m.
Wine tasting
12 a.m - Split - (if desired) wine tasting in the cellar of a garage winemaker from Split
Possibility of an organized tour and lunch in Split
NB: The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the program, surcharges for lunches at the destination and optional excursions.
The price includes:
- 2x overnight stay in twin/double cabin on Cruise Yacht Desire (supreme category) for 1 person
- Breakfast, sparkling brunch, four-course dinner, guided trips to vineyards and all wines according to the program
- Port fees, fuel and crew costs
- Free Wi-Fi
- Tour leader and guide on the island
- Air conditioning 24 hours a day, jacuzzi/swimming pool on the yacht
The cabin has: a TV SAT, a safe, internet, a bathroom, a hair dryer, an internal radio/bluetooth system, an SOS button, an internal telephone for communication between the cabins and the bar
The price does not include:
- Residence tax (€25 per person)
- Consumption of drinks on board (coffee, juices, etc.)
- Lunches with presentation and tasting of local wines
- Crew tips
- Cost of transportation to/from the ship/ car parking
- Surcharge for one person in the cabin
The price of the program is based on a minimum of 22 people or by cabins.
